Privacy Policy

Protecting client confidence and data integrity is core to Jureo. This policy explains what data we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

  • Workspace data that you upload or generate, including documents, notes, and structured insights.
  • Account metadata such as name, email address, firm details, and billing information.
  • Usage diagnostics that help us improve performance—aggregated and anonymised wherever possible.

How we use your data

  • To deliver and maintain the Jureo platform, including personalised workspaces, analytics, and collaboration features.
  • To provide customer support, product updates, security alerts, and account notifications.
  • To develop new features, train evaluation models, and conduct security monitoring using aggregated or synthetic datasets.

Data security & retention

  • All customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to vetted personnel under least-privilege policies.
  • We retain workspace data for the duration of your subscription. Upon termination, data is deleted within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Your rights & choices

  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting info@jureo.com.
  • Administrators can export workspace records at any time through the account dashboard.
  • We do not sell personal data. We share information with subprocessors strictly for service delivery and only under contractual safeguards.
